Join NWIBRT and Hasse Construction for a behind-the-scenes tour of the brand new $35 million Kankakee Welcome Center.  This is the first welcome center that is part of the 10-year INDOT plan to update 21 facilities in Indiana.  Hasse Construction will showcase this state-of-the-art facility and will describe how it was designed to reflect its surrounding region.
