2019 Safety Awards Banquet – Thursday, May 9 from 5-9 PM
The CAF/NWIBRT Safety Awards Banquet—hosted through a partnership between Construction Advancement Foundation (CAF) and NWIBRT—gives companies the opportunity to be recognized for their commitment to nothing less than safety excellence in their operations. The Safety Awards assist companies in showing their customers and communities that they take safety seriously.
At the CAF/NWIBRT Safety Awards Banquet, all attendees can be defined by a single resounding trait: excellence in all they do.
Awards are given for excellence in safety standards, innovation, and development – specialized project categories, contractors and companies of the year, and much more. Each year, more than 600 construction professionals gather to honor companies that exhibit superior achievement across a wide range of criteria.
NWIBRT invites you to show your support to nearly 80 local companies in the industry for their devotion to safety by attending and sponsoring this annual celebration of local safety leaders in construction.

How much does it cost to attend the Banquet?

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase?
No, guests can invite as many members of their company as they’d like.
Can I still attend if I did not apply for a Safety Award?
Absolutely! Come celebrate those committed to safety with others!
When do the winners get their photos taken?
Group photos of winning companies are taken before the ceremony between 4 and 5 pm. For efficiency, please have all individuals included in the group photo arrive at the venue at the same time.

What methods of payment are available for tickets and sponsorships?
Payments can be made by either check or credit card.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice after payment?
Yes, purchasers will receive an invoice.
What is the dress code for the banquet?
We request that all guests wear professional attire.
Will there be photographers present at the banquet?
Yes, group photos are taken before the event, and photographers will be available for more during and after the event.
Once I have purchased a ticket, will I get a printed ticket for this event?
Tickets are not printed; however, you will receive a name badge with your table assignment. Name badges will be given out at registration the evening of the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Refunds of tickets are no longer available 10 days before the event. Sponsorships are non-refundable.
Can I reserve a specific table?
Table locations cannot be reserved.
What should I do if I have a specific dietary requirement?
Any dietary requirements should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 weeks before the event.
