2024 CAF/NWIBRT Awards Banquet

The CAF/NWIBRT Awards Banquet celebrates the best in regional construction excellence and outstanding company performances in safety. During the banquet, the region’s top builders and project owners come together to recognize the most distinguished industry achievements from the previous year.

This special annual awards banquet is hosted through a partnership between Construction Advancement Foundation (CAF) and NWIBRT. Each organization distributes its own unique awards, with NWIBRT focused primarily on safety performances and CAF focused on contractor and project outcomes.

Each year, more than 600 construction professionals gather to honor companies that exhibit superior achievement across a wide range of criteria.

Awards given are in recognition of the previous year’s performance. For example, awards given in 2024 are awarded for achievements from the calendar year 2023. CAF’s awards are also from the prior year, specifically Jan. 1, 2023 through Jan. 1, 2024.

How much does it cost to attend the Banquet?

Will there be photographers present at the banquet and when do the winners get their photos taken?
Yes, group photos are taken before the event, and photographers will be available for more during and after the event. Registration/Group photos of winning companies are taken before the ceremony between 4 and 5 pm and additional photos after the event with awards. For efficiency, please have all individuals included in the group photo arrive at the venue at the same time.
Who can I contact regarding billing questions?

What methods of payment are available for tickets and sponsorships?
Payments can be made by either check or credit card.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice after payment?
Yes, purchasers will receive an invoice.
What is the dress code for the banquet?
We request that all guests wear professional attire.
Once I have purchased a ticket, will I get a printed ticket for this event?
Tickets are not printed; however, you will receive a name badge with your table assignment. Name badges will be given out at registration the evening of the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Requests for refunds must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Tickets are not refundable within two (2) weeks before the scheduled event date. Sponsorships are non-refundable.
Can I reserve a specific table?
Table locations cannot be reserved.
What should I do if I have a specific dietary requirement?
Any dietary requirements should be sent to info@nwibrt.org at least 2 weeks before the event.
