Select International’s Leadership Styles Assessment | Rolling Enrollment

Raise the bar for safety in your company and take part in a study organized by Purdue University Northwest’s (PNW) Construction Science and Organizational Leadership department.

Tests will be scheduled on an individual basis. Sign up & a representative from PNW will contact you soon.

Sign your leadership team up for the Select International Leadership Styles Assessment, a 90-minute evaluation that will develop profiles of your supervisors.

The assessment will focus on an individual’s Leader Profile and Safety Leader Profile and provide a report detailing their characteristics. This will provide companies with insight into leadership styles that can be used to help predict performance.

The cost to participate is $100 per assessment. Blocks of at least 10 individuals will need to be filled. Once all of your participant information is submitted, you’ll be contacted to schedule the assessment. Payment will be processed by PNW at a later date.

Please note: Companies that have their supervisors take the assessment will be sharing information and profile access with PNW Construction Science and Organizational Leadership department. One Safety student and Department instructor will be using the information to help complete their study. All names and scores assessment results will be held in strict confidence. The PNW Safety Student will also have to meet with each individual either shortly before or after the assessment to gather additional information to assist in their study.
