Federal OSHA Regulations & Indiana OSHA’s Enforcement Direction

Come out to Innsbrook Country Club in Merrillville for an OSHA presentation by Tim Maley, Deputy Commissioner of Labor, OSHA, Indiana Department of Labor.

This presentation, brought to you by NWIBRT & the Construction Advancement Foundation, will provide a status of Federal OSHA regulations and Indiana OSHA’s enforcement direction. Many of OSHA’s new regulations are undergoing modifications which has caused some confusion among employers.

This presentation will help clarify enforcement for new OSHA regulations such as:

• Tracking of Workplace Injuries and Illnesses

• Penalty Increases
• Crane Operator Certification

• Walking Working Surfaces.

The presentation will cover updates on Indiana’s enforcement and partnership programs as well as future Federal OSHA direction. Interaction is encouraged and questions can be discussed during the presentation.
