9:00AM – Shotgun Start with Par Being Everyone’s Friend
2:00PM – 4:00”ish” – Reception, Food, Beverages, Raffles and Contest Prizes
Tickets
Golfers will enjoy VIP privileges throughout the event, including bag service upon arrival; breakfast snacks, lunch, dinner, and drinks; golf club cleaning once the round is complete upon request; and the opportunity to win prizes through raffles and entertaining contests during the event. All 36 holes of the course will be open during the event, allowing for a steady pace of play. If you’re not a golfer, a reception and cocktails ticket is available for those looking to network over drinks.

Golf Ball Launcher Sponsor w/ Foursome – $3,500
- Sponsor will have their logo displayed at the hole and will also be allowed to assign a helper to the hole. The golf ball launcher is a great way to generate more funds at the event for the charities, plus it’s a fun way for a member of your company to meet many of the other attendees.
- Foursome included – golfers receive ticket to the reception from 2PM to 4PM
Golf Ball Sponsor – $2,500
- Your sponsorship includes your logo, along with the NWIBRT Hard Hat Golf logo on golf balls. Each golfer will receive a sleeve of these golf balls at the event.
- Includes one (1) ticket to the reception from 2PM to 4PM
Lunch Bag Sponsor – $2,500
- Your sponsorship includes your logo, along with the NWIBRT Hard Hat Golf logo on lunch bags. Each golfer will receive a lunch bag at the event.

- Your company will be recognized as a sponsor for both the Breakfast and Lunch. Company logo on all materials and website, signage and have verbal recognition during the outing.

- Opportunity to have your tent or table at a hole. Company logo included on website. Specialty holes are available (Longest drive, Longest Putt, etc. on a first come, first pick basis).

Table at Outing – $800
- Unique opportunity to have a table to promote your business and network with all the golfers.
- Two (2) tickets to the reception included.
- Six-foot table provided.
- Two time slots are available, morning or afternoon. (Morning: 6AM setup, from 7 to 9AM, or Afternoon: 1PM setup, from 2 to 4PM).
