A Hole in One for Your Company
The 2024 Northwest Indiana Business RoundTable Annual Hard Hat Golf Outing will be held at the beautiful White Hawk Country Club in Crown Point, IN, on September 20th. Roughly 300 golfers from numerous leading Indiana companies gather together for a day of networking and fun on the golf course on a perfect day for golf.
Four NWI charities will be receiving donations from this year’s event:
- Tradewinds
- Goodwill
- Meals on Wheels
- Pink Ribbon Society
In 2023, we raised $40,000 for local charities!
Know a charity that deserves a helping hand?
Send your suggestion to our golf committee officials at the button below. Deadline for submissions is June 1st, 2024. We’ll need the following information from those who submit details about an NWI charity:
- Charity Name.
- Address, City, State, Zip.
- Phone Number and Website Address.
- Contact Person, and Contact’s Email Address.
- Please Answer the Following Question (No more than 75 words): What would your charity do with the donation?

What to Expect at the Outing!
Registration begins at 7:00AM. Shotgun Start is at 9:00AM. Golfers will enjoy VIP privileges, good eats, and great drinks.
The Bloody Mary bar opens promptly at 7:30AM.
All 36 holes of the course will be open during the outing, allowing for a steady pace of play.
Schedule:
7:00AM – Registration Opens (all raffle donations can be dropped off at registration)
7:30AM – Bloody Mary Bar Opens
8:45AM – All Golfers to their Golf Cart
8:55AM – Announcements
9:00AM – Shotgun Start with Par Being Everyone’s Friend
2:30PM – 4:30”ish” – Reception, Food, Beverages, Raffles and Contest Prizes

About the Course
White Hawk Country Club in Crown Point is a premiere golf course in Northwest Indiana. Located less than an hour south of downtown Chicago, this 36-Hole facility has four beautiful nines that present a fun and unique test of golf at every turn.
White Hawk Country Club is beautifully carved out of 600 acres and surrounded by tranquil scenery that includes forests, prairies, streams, and wetlands. Excellent course conditions await members, their guests, and the public to play at this championship facility.

How much does it cost to attend the Golf Outing?

If I am registered for a foursome, do I still need to purchase breakfast and lunch?
No. Registering for a foursome includes the breakfast snacks, round of golf, lunch, dinner, and drinks!
What is the dress code at White Hawk?
All golfers must wear a collared shirt and nice shorts or slacks. Golf skirts are acceptable for female golfers. Cargo shorts and jeans are not permissible. Cleats are also to be taken off prior to entering the clubhouse.
How many holes are included in the outing?
A full 18 holes will be included.
What methods of payment are available for tickets and sponsorships?
Payments can be made by either check or credit card to Diversified Marketing Strategies, Inc.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice after payment?
Yes, purchasers will receive an invoice.
Who can I contact regarding billing questions?

What is the latest I can make changes to my foursome?
All changes must be final by September 11th; any changes after that will have to be addressed at the course (cart assignments within a foursome).
Where is the clubhouse located?
The clubhouse is located at 1001 White Hawk Drive Crown Point, IN 46307.
What else should I know?
All golfers are responsible for their ball. Any damages that are incurred to surrounding homes, cars, or other property will be the golfer’s fiscal responsibility.
What is the cancellation policy?
Requests for refunds must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event. Tickets are not refundable within two (2) weeks before the scheduled event date. Sponsorships are non-refundable.
How does dinner work?
Reception and prizes, raffles etc. begin around 2 p.m. when the golfing has begun to wrap up.
What should I do if I have a specific dietary requirement?
Any dietary requirements should be sent to info@nwibrt.org at least 2 weeks before the event.
