2022 Spring Safety Workshop and Seminar: Develop Your Safety Leaders

At the spring safety seminar, we’ll be learning about identifying and developing your organization’s future safety leaders. This seminar will explore the traits and behaviors related to great safety leadership, how these can be measured using validated assessments, and ways to develop these in order to help improve your company’s safety performance.

We all have unique personality traits, abilities and natural leadership styles that shape how we lead safety. Self-awareness allows us each of us to identify our strengths and blind spots to maximize our impact on safety culture. In this interactive 4-hour session, participants will:

• Discover the traits and competencies most important for effective safety leadership
• Understand different safety leader styles and how to adjust their approach based on people and situations
• Learn how these can be measured and developed using validated psychometric assessment and learning tools
