Multiple Organizations Coming Together to Bring Business Outlook to NWI

With less than a month’s wait and nearly 200 registered already, interest is running high for the 2017 Business Outlook. The free event, presented by the Northwest Indiana Business RoundTable (NWIBRT) and the Construction Advancement Foundation (CAF), will bring local business leaders together with experts to learn more about approaching trends that could impact their industries.

Some seats are still available for people hoping to attend, but guests are advised to register soon to ensure their spot.

The Outlook will be held on November 3rd (8:00 a.m. to Noon) at the Ivy Tech location in Valparaiso (3100 Ivy Tech Drive). Registration starts at 7:00 a.m. and is completely free. Last year, more than 150 leaders from several of the region’s largest companies gathered for the event.

Other organizations working together to bring the Outlook to life include the Northwest Indiana Forum, the Lake County Indiana Economic Alliance (LCEA), the Regional Development Company (RDC), the Center of Workforce Innovations, and the Greater La Porte Economic Development Corporation (GLEDC).

The Northwest Indiana Business RoundTable is an independent, nonprofit council of local firms committed to the improvement of construction and maintenance projects in Northwest Indiana. Its purpose is to promote safety, quality and cost-effective solutions to challenges faced by owners, contractors and labor in the region.
